StockIntent.com provides informative articles, data, and interactive charts on stocks in the web and/or mobile applications (Platforms). However, StockIntent.com is not a source of investment advice and no substitute for professional investment counseling. Account Creation

To create an account, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us
• You must agree and warrant to use these Platforms in accordance with these Terms

We reserve the right to cancel your account for any reason, or reject your account creation request.

Special Offers and Contests

We may run campaigns, promotions, or contests on our Platforms from time to time. If you want to join any of these activities, you have to agree to the specific terms and conditions that apply to them. These terms and conditions may be different from these Terms. If there is any conflict between them, the specific terms and conditions will prevail.

Trials

We offer new users of StockIntent a trial subscription. This trial will last for 7 days and will let you experience the full features of StockIntent. You can only request one trial per 12 months per user (or household), and we have the sole discretion to approve or deny your trial request.

Unless you provide StockIntent.com with notice to terminate the Subscription Service prior to the end of the Trial Period (by unsubscribing on the Platforms, a letter, or an e-mail), the Charges provisions shall apply and govern your ongoing use of the Subscription Service.

After the trial period expires you shall be liable to pay the charges. You accept that by providing your payment details you authorize StockIntent.com to deduct the charges (or installments of the charges) using such payment method (as applicable) on a regular basis and in advance until you terminate or cancel your subscription to the subscription service.

The amount of the charges shall be as displayed on the Platforms and may change from time to time.

Premium Services

Users have the option to buy premium services from StockIntent. These services can be either subscription-based or one-time payments. We can cancel or deny access to our premium services for any user. The following terms apply to those users who have bought these premium services.

Discounts/Promotional Prices

Users who subscribe with a reduced rate will get the discount for that period only (i.e. as stated on the offer, up to 12 months maximum). After that, their rate will go back to the standard pricing at that date.

Changes in Price

StockIntent can change the pricing at any time, and with reasonable notice to our subscribers. After the notice period ends, the user's next payment for their billing period (i.e. monthly or annually) will be at the new price.

Payment Methods and Security

Payments are made with credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. They are processed by a third-party payment service called Lemon Squeezy. Payment details are not kept on StockIntent's systems.

Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Users shall not be entitled to a partial refund, however, at our sole discretion, we may choose to give users a partial refund.

Refunds

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all new subscribers from their sign up period. Past the 14 day period refunds shall be at our sole discretion. Your sign up period starts from the date you first open your account.

Subscription Fees

Users allow StockIntent to automatically charge them on their first registration and then on each following anniversary of their billing cycle (i.e. monthly or annually), until cancelled.

Sole Use Only

Users are not permitted to share access to their premium features unless we approve it under their subscription level.

Linked Sites

Our Platforms may have links to other websites that are run by third parties. We provide these links for your convenience and they may not always be up-to-date or working. We do not endorse or approve any of the content on those linked websites, unless we say so explicitly. We have no control over these linked websites and we are not responsible for their content. You should read the terms of use and privacy policies of these linked websites before you use them.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless indicated otherwise, we own or have a license from third parties for all rights, title, and interest (including copyright, designs, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) in our Platforms and in all of the material (including all text, graphics, logos, audio, and software) that is available on our Platforms (Content).

When you use our Platforms and access or view any Content, you do not get any rights, title, or interest in relation to our Platforms or the Content. But we do give you a license to access our Platforms and view the Content on the terms and conditions in this Agreement and, where applicable, as we and/or our third-party licensors expressly allow.

Except for the affiliate or partnership programs, social sharing buttons, infographic download feature, PDF download feature, or with written permission from us, you are not allowed to reproduce or redistribute the Content. This is prohibited and may result in legal action. In addition, you must not copy the Content to any other server, location, or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.

Any other use, copying, or reproduction of our Platforms, the Content, or any part of it is not allowed, unless the law permits it.

Data Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

The content, information, images, and videos published on the pages of StockIntent.com are potentially protected by intellectual property rights.

The use is only allowed for private personal purposes. Any other use, especially the copying, modifying, distributing, or storing of information or data, especially of texts, text parts, of image and film material for other purposes requires the prior explicit permission of StockIntent.com.

Besides that, the legal boundaries that arise from the intellectual property rights and other applicable legal regulations apply.

Ease of Use for the Financial Community

Members of the financial community are permitted to use smaller screenshots with data related to stocks (such as metrics and charts). This permission covers blogs that are run privately and articles that are published on online financial platforms. A mention of StockIntent.com as the source of the data is appreciated.

No Commercial Use

Our Platforms are only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you are part of the affiliate/partnership programs, or have a professional membership level. You are not allowed to change, copy, share, show, perform, reproduce, publish, license, use for commercial purposes, make new works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services from our Platforms. You are not allowed to use our Platforms, or any of its Content, for any commercial purpose, including any advertising or revenue generation activity on your own website.

Unacceptable Activities

You must not do anything that we think is inappropriate, illegal, or against any laws that apply to our Platforms, including but not limited to:

If we let you post any information to our Platforms, we have the right to remove this information at our sole discretion and without telling you.

Beta Access

All of StockIntent's premium services will remain in "beta" until we indicate otherwise. From time to time, StockIntent may also offer you access to certain new features of the Platforms as a "beta user". If you use beta features, you acknowledge that these features may not yet have been fully bug-tested and may therefore contain significant errors and issues. You undertake to notify StockIntent of any bugs you may find, where possible. You also accept that access to these features may be withdrawn at any time, without any notice given, if we decide that these features are to form part of a separate premium service.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We do not guarantee or promise anything about our Platforms or the Content, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee or promise that they will be complete, accurate, or up-to-date, that you will be able to access them without any problems or errors or that they will be free from viruses, or that our Platforms will be secure.

We can limit, stop, or end your access to our Platforms, any Content, or any feature of our Platforms at any time without telling you and we will not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or liability that may happen because of this.

Liability

We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or expense that you may suffer or incur because of your use of our Platforms and/or the information or materials on them, to the extent allowed by law. This applies to any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense - no matter how it happens - that may be caused by your use of our Platforms and/or the information or materials on it, or because of our Platforms being unavailable or having incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information or materials on them.
